Explore TWO of the Festival’s Most Famous Tulip Fields At Roozengaarde, you’ll be in awe of 200 tulip varieties in a 7+ acre display garden and 50+ acre fields. These vast fields are filled with tens of millions of vibrant blooms, creating endless rows of breathtaking color. Roozengaarde also features their famous windmill, snack bar, flower market, and gift shop. Next at Tulip Valley Farm, get the change to bring home your own splash of color at the festival’s only u-pick tulip farm! Tulip Valley Farm is the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival’s most family friendly and relaxing tulip experience, providing an immersive, hands-on tulip experience.
Master Gardener Guides As we travel from field to field, a Skagit Valley Master Gardener will share everything you need to know about WA’s famous Skagit Valley. Their expertise brings a deeper understanding to the region’s unique climate, planting techniques, and breathtaking blooms. This Step-On Guide experience enhances your tour with expert insights while supporting the Skagit County Master Gardener Foundation.

Greenlake Park and Ride: 411 parking spaces. 5 min walk from Roosevelt Station. Accessible by bus or the 1 Line Angle Lake.

First pickup at the Wilburton Park and Ride in Bellevue is 8:30am, and the last drop-off in Bellevue is between 5:30/6PM, depending on traffic.

The best chance to use the restroom will be arriving at the Discovery Garden before visiting the tulip fields, at the Kiwanis Salmon BBQ, and back at the Discovery Garden before our bus heads back to Seattle/Bellevue. Yes, there are bathrooms available at Roozengaarde and Tulip Valley.

The Salmon Barbeque is a fundraiser run every year by the Kiwanis Club of Mount Vernon. 2025 is the 70th year of this famed lunch spot, and over the years the event has served over 292,000 meals and given back over $2,000,000 to the community. The Kiwanis Club focuses on student scholarships and other local youth and community programs in Skagit Valley.
Your meal includes barbequed, wild king and sockeye salmon sourced from Alaska, baked potato, garlic bread, coleslaw, and dessert. All made in house! Pricing: Large $26 | Medium $23 | Fish only $18 | No fish $10. If you choose not to purchase lunch, you may bring your own to eat inside or at the picnic tables.

Seeing the tulips is fun for all ages! Families and children are all welcome! Children 12 and under get a 20% discounted ticket price at checkout. Car seats for infants are not provided, but you can bring your own. Please inform us in advance for proper seat arrangements.
