All tours have a 4 guest minimum. If booking minimum has not been met the tour will not operate, and we will contact you to discuss options for a reschedule or full and prompt refund.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation for any reason. Should we need to cancel a tour, we will contact you ASAP with options to reschedule or refund.
