There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Please read the following information carefully. This constitutes an Agreement between You (the “Customer”) and Show Me Seattle tours.
On most tours and activities, there is no refund for cancellations. All cancellations must be received by telephone, email, fax, or mail. Should a different policy apply; varying cancellation policies will be noted on the web site on tours/activities where a different policy applies. There is never any refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour/activity date and “no-shows” on the day of the tour/activity.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are waiting at the proper time and place at your downtown Seattle pickup hotel. Show Me Seattle cannot offer a refund in the event of no-show. Show Me Seattle will do its best to arrive within the scheduled pickup window, but cannot be responsible for traffic or other conditions which may impact departure times.
All tours are subject to cancellation if they do not reach a 4 guest minimum.
